Following a successful spinal surgery, Codrut began his recuperation journey, freed from the burden of pain. The couple's acts of kindness and their benevolence attracted numerous sponsors who generously contributed two wheelchairs, aiding Codrut in his endeavor to regain mobility. Despite encountering obstacles, Codrut remained an amiable and playful companion, always eager to please and resolute in his spirit.
